Garlic is combined with brown sugar for a sweet-and-mellow sauce in this easy weeknight recipe.
- 1 pound Smart Chicken tenders
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
In a small pan, sauté garlic in oil until softened. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar and rosemary. Season chicken tenders liberally with salt and pepper and arrange in a greased baking dish. Crumble the brown sugar mixture over top and bake at 375°F until the chicken is cooked through (about 15 to 20 minutes), basting once or twice.
