Sweet Cider Glaze

Makes about 2 cups

  • ¾ cup honey
  • 3 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 cups chicken stock or broth

In a medium pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-high heat and simmer for about an hour, until reduced by half. The sauce should resemble the thickness of a thin caramel sauce. Serve with grilled chicken.
