- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons red chili paste, such as sambal oelek
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ cup hot water
Combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, red chili paste, brown sugar, ginger, and lime juice in a food processor. Puree until smooth. With the motor running, drizzle in the hot water until desired consistency is reached.
