Mango & Papaya Salsa

  • 1 cup diced fresh mango
  • 1 cup diced fresh papaya
  • ½ cup chopped red onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except olive oil, and mix well; then slowly add the olive oil. Season well with salt and pepper, transfer into a clean container, and refrigerate until need.
