Grilled Apricot Glazed Chicken Wings

- ¼ cup apricot preserves
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ tablespoon garlic, minced
- ½ tablespoon ginger, minced
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pounds Smart Chicken party wings (about 30 wings)
In a large bowl, combine the preserves, vinegar, garlic, ginger, cayenne, salt, and black pepper then mix well. Add the chicken wings to the mixture and toss to coat. Let the wings marinade for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat grill to 350°F. Grill the chicken wings over medium heat, turning occasionally, until cooked through, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve on a large platter garnished with lettuce or shredded cabbage.
