Creamy Basil & Gorgonzola Dressing
Serve this dressing with salad, or as a dip for crudités.
- 2 tablespoons milk (or more for a thinner dressing)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
- 4 ounces Gorgonzola, divided
In a blender, combine milk, sour cream, garlic, basil, chives, and a third of the Gorgonzola and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add the remaining Gorgonzola and pulse just a few times to distribute little chunks of it throughout the dressing.
