Brioche, Raisin & Sweet Apple Sausage Dressing

Serves 8 to 10 as a side

  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 package Organic Smart Chicken sweet apple chicken sausage, thinly sliced
  • ½ loaf brioche, cubed
  • ½ cup pine nuts
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, lightly beat the cream and eggs. Add the chicken sausage, bread cubes, pine nuts, and raisins. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to a casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes, or until golden-brown and set in the center.
