Avocado Tzatziki

Avocado Tzatziki
Easy Recipe
  • 2 ripe Hass avocados, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 serrano chili, chopped
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ English cucumber, finely diced
  • ¼ cup chopped Italian parsley
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

In the bowl of a food processor or blender, combine avocados, garlic, chili, yogurt, and lemon and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add cucumber and parsley. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
