1/4 cup Smart Chicken Rosemary Garlic Bone Broth (room temp. is best)

2 oz gin of choice

1-2 1 inch slices of fresh ginger

1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 tablespoon honey

2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Directions
Muddle ginger, 1 sprig worth of rosemary and lemon juice in a mixing vessel. Build in Collins glass: add gin, broth and honey. Strain lemon juice into glass, stir to dissolve honey. Gently stir in bone broth. Fill glass with ice. Garnish with lemon wheel and rosemary sprig.
