Sweet & Savory Garlic-Ginger Sauce

Makes enough sauce for 1 pound of pulled chicken

  • 1½ tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 5 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (such as Sriracha)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sliced green onion

To a sauce pot, add ginger, garlic, chili sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, soy sauce, and green onion. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Serve with pulled chicken on a toasted bun or use in salads or wraps.
